Suwin Chawla is a filmmaker who graduated from the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco with a major in Motion Picture and Television, specializing in film editing. During my university academic years, he contributed to various projects such as developing movie sets, editing, and production design, as well as focusing on being an activist centered on the issue of sustainable development. He co-founded The Last Straw CNX, a Chiang Mai-based independent initiative that aims to find solution through lifestyle while also promoting environmentally sustainable lifestyles. The art of filmmaking allows me to refine my dynamic along the boundaries of art, science, idealism, and philosophy. The pursuit of perfection is what first inspired me to take up photography about 11 years ago. For more than a decade, I've been trying to capture the essence of time and the beauty of nature's landscapes. The lesson that has stuck with me over time is to live life with gratitude and respect for nature. For a 25-year old man, the decade length of progression starts to have meaning throughout life, and it is about the impact of a series of actions done repeatedly over time that brought me different perspectives toward the discipline of photography itself. "How do you know you know?" raises questions about the nature of reality. How can we reinstate the concept and gap division between human and nature? To the extent of how thoroughly intertwined human history is with the ongoing acts of preserving the planet Earth?
